No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

”the comfort was a great place, except the fact they were in middle of renovation. So it was very dusty but as soon as they are finished I believe it will be real nice. They even had gluten free bread and real cheerios. This made it handy for me as I am glutenfree.”

”Super 8 in Augusta is good value for money. Comfortable bed, clean room, It's quiet and its location is good. The breakfast is basic and the same every day- cereal, muffin, banana. Good place to stop if you just need a bed for the night before travelling on.”

”Our king bed room had everything we liked and wanted, from the friendly guy at check in to the big bright bedside lamps to the spotless bathroom to the comfortable bed to the substantial breakfast offerings.”

”The room was the filthiest room I’ve ever seen. Stained sheets, black in the tub, room smelled like a wet dog. Language issues with the staff. Worst room I’ve ever booked in Expedia. Would like refund.”

”Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months. So wouldn’t you update the website and actual sign? Dirty dishes still in the dishwasher Bowl broke ln and chipped still in circulation Shower pressure minimal Couldn’t get the fan to...

”I picked this place for location. Room was what I chose and expected. Clean room, pleasant staff, comfortable. Don't know how new or recently updated, but the place is current, trending. Some places just stay old. The only drawback was singular. The bed seemed to have a large well in the center. The kind where you roll into it. I doubt by design. Slept well, though. Would stay here again.”

”This inn was very well run with the inn keepers tending to all of our needs. Very friendly staff and very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The inn has lots of farmhouse charm. We would definitely stay there again.”

”Key card would not work several time locking us out during the entire stay. Nobody would pick up the phone at the front desk. Had to personally go find somebody at midnight. Reprogrammed three different sets of keys and none of them worked. Bathroom had mold also. Will be contacting a manager about a refund. Will never stay here again.”
