âBooked this hotel as it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in. I had worked 9 hours and drove 4 hours to get there. It was almost 9pm. I was not switching hotels. I think I should have been alerted prior to check in day so I had a choice to book elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!â

âRoom very run down, floor buckling black mold on walls, light would not turn off, broken/shattered putter window no screen to open the window to help with foul odor in room. Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia.â

âWhen entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. â

âThere was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk.
We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room.
