This beautiful lakefront property offers incredible views of the lake from every corner, both indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for fishing, kayaking, and observing wildlife while spending quality time with loved ones. At night, unwind by the fire pit and gaze at the starry sky above. With kitchens and baths on both upper and lower levels, guests can enjoy separate living spaces if desired.

We had the most relaxing stay at this home. It was so peaceful to wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the lake. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. The dock was great for fishing or tying up the boat. The location was quiet without a lot of traffic. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. We would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy more that this home has to offer. Sylvia was so helpful in answering any questions and providing an enjoyable experience. We would love to come back again!!

This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I would have given this 5 stars if a few things were different. We are not streamers, so if our other guest were not we would have been without football. That’s a game changer for us. The grill was tricky but after some time we got it going. There was no propane in the upstairs outside fire table, so we were not able to enjoy that feature. It would be beneficial to invest in a little better dining table, this one was very wobbly and the leaf was not level making it uncomfortable for dining and even game playing. Overall this is a great spot for gathering.

We wanted to have some much needed relaxation and wanted to disconnected from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. We chose Lake Wateree because we wanted to feel like we were away from the city. Timeout on Tallow was scenic and quiet. We were able to connect to nature, as well as with one another.

This was such a great get away for our whole family. The location is very secluded and quiet. The views from the upper porch are amazing. The house was loaded with everything we needed. The dock and pier provided hours and hours of entertainment for our kids, and lots of great fishing when they weren't swimming. The few items we did need were found at the local gas station. The lake is relatively quiet. A few boats here and there, but not an all day race on the water. Everyone was disappointed we were leaving. We will definitely try to book this house again.

Check-in was great and able to walk into lake house once we got there. We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Sitting on the bottom patio gave us a beautiful view of the lake. While sitting on the top porch you felt like you were on the water. It was easy to walk to the pier. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay at the lake house. Loved the upstairs and down stair kitchen facilities.

Beautiful views

The view from the house is just lovely! It’s very well decorated and the bed downstairs is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had on a vacation. The ac works great (which I’m so thankful for considering it was 100 degrees during our stay). It was so nice sitting on the porch upstairs. The water was very warm this time of year but we were able to float around the dock and make the best of it. Unfortunately the washer didn’t work while we were there which was a little inconvenient but the housekeeper came to help us out with a load of laundry during our stay (thank you so much!) (and someone was there to repair it as we were heading out). I loved the location but it is far from everything so plan ahead! And there’s no cell service anywhere around the house for miles. Please don’t let anything I said deter you from staying here. It really is beautiful. We just had a couple of unlucky things happen during our stay that were beyond anyone’s control. Communication was great with the owner and she was as helpful as she could be with our needs! Thank you!
