The space
Jacuzzi HOT TUB right outside that may be used day or night - 24/7!
It has an Oasis feel because faux vines surround 3 sides.
The bathroom has a very large shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Bathroom sink bowl is x-large.
2 queen size beds extremely comfy & a queen futon also very comfy!
TV turns 360° to watch from anywhere.
DVD Payer and movies.
Small Smart Oven, NuWave, that bakes, broils, roasts, dehydrates, grills, toasts, warms, reheats, defrosts, and an air fryer too!
Heated floor in the Winter! Also a quality portable heater if needed. Portable A/C is quality, also controlled by you.
Mini frig w/freezer door.
Small microwave with rotating plate.
Real dishes & we wash them in our dishwasher for you & return to you.
Disposable dishes too, if desired.
Fenced back and front yard, both available.
Deck with charcoal grill. We supply charcoal, lighter fluid, and long lighter. Spices and condiments on request.
