”The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.”

”Water cold , door damaged”

”Well, the reviews were horrible, but I think that’s because there’s two hotels in one building there’s the mainstay suites and there’s the Sleep in hotel, which is probably the hotel that had the terrible reviews. However, the main stay suites they’re like have the mini kitchen in the refrigerator or microwave things like that. The floor was sticky. The shower was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was just stopped up. There were stains on the quilt, but they did replace it upon our request and...

”Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.”

”El cuarto estaba terriblemente en mal estado!!! La puerta del baño estaba caída, la bañera esta super sucia!! Y olía felicitado mal, no volvere!!!”

”Do not stay here. Bugs and trash in the rooms.”

”Excellent staff .. Upon checking in, the front desk associate gave me a brief history lesson of the property,. Room was spacious and well maintained. Just beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet.. I will be a repeat customer ❤️❤️❤️”

”Clean room”

”Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!”

”Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor.”

”Stayed multiple times, always nice.”

”The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.”
