About Villa Aquarius

Delightful Holiday Villa located on a small park near the Rijsterbos and IJsselmeer in the Frisian village of Rijs. A beautiful base for sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, cycling, golf and culinary enjoyment. In short, an ideal place for groups, families and families for a wonderful vacation or weekend away!

The space

The house is very spacious with an open character. The split-level layout ensures that the living spaces are connected, which enhances the feeling of "getting away together" without getting in each other's way.

The large living room is furnished with a lovely lounge sofa and a dining table that can seat the entire party.

There is a separate playroom with an extra TV and a nice, well-equipped play corner for the little ones, with lots of toys, games and books. The kitchen is another place to relax, cook to your heart's content and socialize. Here you will find a smaller dining table, which also makes this room a nice place to stay.

The icing on the cake is the game room for the older children, with a snooker table, a dartboard and a foosball table.

On the first floor of the house you will find 9 bedrooms with 14 beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with sink and shower. For the little guest, a crib and a high chair are also available.

There is a sheltered garden with lovely lounge sofas and a barbecue.


The house is fully equipped: the kitchen always has clean kitchen linen. You will always find plenty of coffee filter bags for the coffee maker. Kitchen paper is also provided. The toilets have plenty of toilet paper, soap and towels.

The beds in the bedrooms are made and there is a towel package for each guest.
