”The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

”The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

"My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV and not the one in the side? So basically you can not connect your device with HDMI"
