”The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. ”Host was very communicative and helpful. Location was great; very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the national park. House had great amenities and the game room and hot tub were fantastic! ”

”The host and staff were amazing. Came to luray to propose as we love hiking together. And while i took my now finance out for dinner, the staff helped place rose petals and candles around the room with champagne and strawberries as i had requested. Did even better then i imagined. She was so surprised and happy and it's all thanks to the staff. Really helped make it extra special ”

”It was fun being in the center of town! We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Greenway was a pleasant way to wind down the day…with a pleasant walk along the creek. The house is only a few miles from Luray Caverns which we visited one afternoon. It is also a short drive to Shenandoah National Park.
