Stay in this spacious unique 2 floor oceanfront villa. It is reminiscent of a Mexican Hacienda with unique tile floors, inlaid hand painted tile wall murals and beautiful stained glass windows. The private front door entrance leads into a large open living and dining area on the ground floor with views of the tropical garden and patios. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or outside on your gas grill. This villa has an indoor and outdoor eating area. There is a half bath on the ground floor. On the second floor is a large bedroom with king bed, a sitting area, along with a full bathroom. Enjoy the views of the gardens and ocean while lounging on your private second floor balcony.
The ocean is a few steps away through our security gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or under our private cabana which is feet away from the shoreline. We provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The property’s heated pool is a great place to relax, swim and to enjoy the incredible sunsets that this area offers. There are two kayaks and a paddle board for guests use. We are located in a residential area that is between two small towns that are about a 15-20 min walk away. They offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 7 min walk away. This apartment is the largest unit in a private gated two villa and guesthouse property that are also for rent. We are excited that the new road has opened which makes getting here from the Puerto Vallarta airport quick and easy. We are about a 1 hr drive from the airport.
