Hotellit kohteessa Rincón de Loix, Benidorm

”I would recommend more focus on cleaning in general (rooms, corridor, elevators etc). Second recommendation is to handle food proper way. Watermelon should not taste onion. Cold food should not be warm etc.”

”The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...

”Hotellihuone todella kuuma. Hotellissa paljon metelöiviä/bilettäviä Brittejä. Aamiainen hyvin yksitoikkoista ja mautonta. Allasalue viihtyisä ja henkilökunta iloisia ja ystävällisiä. Siivous kohtalainen. ”

”Lovely place, great location, clean and with a wonderful balcony. Pool area perfect to relax in the day”

”Huoneessa pintavauriota, kosteusvaurion merkkejä, viemärin hajua, kloorin hajua’ rikkinäinen sänky, ei ollut parisänkyä, liian lyhyet sängyt. Ruoka mautonta ja tuolit huonot aiheuttivat selkäkipua. Asiakas palvelu huonoa. Kadun äänet kuuluvat sisälle ja kadulla yritettiin väkisin kaupata huumeita meille. Huoneen peitot veressä ja pussilakanat puuttui. Hotelli vaikuttaa huonolta vanhusten palvelutalolla.”

”Pääosin uusittu hotelli hyvällä paikalla.Iso allas käytössä myös talvellakin, mutta liukumäellinen allas vain kesäkaudella.Hotelilla paljon ohjelmaa myös talvella.Monet hotellin asukkaista all inclusive-vieraita. Huoneen siisteyden suhteen toivomisen varaa.Kuuteen päivään ei vaihdettu lakanoita kertaakaan.Vessanpönttö reistaili jatkuvasti ja korjaajaa odotettiin useita tunteja.Välillä korjauspyynnöt eivät ollut ohjautuneet respasta eteenpäin ollenkaan. Suurin osa hisseistä vanhoja ja jäivät...

”Perus siisti hotelli, huoneistomajoituksessa keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Allasalue viihtyisä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hissi oli rikki useamman kerran. Lyhyt matka merenrantaan.”

”We enjoy our time at the hotel. Had no complaints at all and would definitely go back!”

”Awsom view to the city of Benidorm. Room was nice. Noisy at night (lots of britts as tourists who were yelling and moving chairs upstairs), car traffic voices as well. Breakfast at hotel was ok, it was very crowded and noisy as well. ”

”Great up to date room”

”The only thing that that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent on all fronts was the information given about the swapping of dinner for lunch on one of our days. We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean,...
