The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



Noise is not permitted after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replaced.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
