The property was nice in itself, room small, no smart tv, staff wasn't that nice. Check in took a while and we didn't even get a lot of information about the hotel still. We also had to ask 3 times for a dental kit before actually geting it. Gabriel had a bit of a bad attitude in the reception. Also they didn't inform us that only some of the water that they bring to the room is free of charge and Pedro in the reception still demanded the charge for 4 water cans. I myself work at the reception and in a situation like this some kind of compromise (for example charging only 2 and not 4) would have been professional and a very important gesture for a customer to maintain them happy and more likely to return. A lot of small things that don't make it likely for us to choose this hotel again. The staff never showed authentic politiness but seemed like they don't even like to work there. Only the housekeeping and the maintanence guy were actually nice and left a good feeling after encountering them. Some of the breakfast staff was also nice. But I would really work on on the reception proffesionalism.
