This hotel is not service oriented at. Checkin takes long. We were on the wrong line because there is no indication to checkin in lounge if you have a suite. Found out AFTER I made the line. Rooms are not released till checkin time 3 pm. Many people from international flights waiting in small reception area. The room was dirty when we checked in and the next day when we returned around 5:30 pm room was not done. I complained to manager and he said to just call when I want room done. Room is very outdated. The VIP Lounge is small and you’re not allowed to take anything out. You must consume it there even water! Elevators take long. We had breakfast at the restaurant on top floor which has a great view of Copacabana. I could never get my eggs medium well. Always too done or over easy. Bacon is barely cooked always had to request to take back and make crispy.
