”Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! ”Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. ”We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.”
