We welcome you to the 40th Parallel GuestHouse! The facility is located in the center of the Sinis Peninsula, exactly in Riola Sardo. Ideal for couples or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the most enchanting and wild places of Sardinia. Each of our rooms has its own private bathroom, complete with all the accessories (hair dryer and shower foam dispencer) and a very spacious shower; bed linen and towels are always included. Breakfast is available at your discretion daily in our common room. Unless otherwise arranged, we would be in charge of all the management of your breakfast, in any case you will always have the coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven and a section of the refrigerator at your disposal. The spacious and functional rooms are designed to give you maximum comfort. All are equipped with a large closet, luggage rack, TV, and air conditioning. Wi-fi is free throughout the facility. On the small outdoor patio you will find the sitting area so you can relax and why not, have an aperitif, or eat something ordered from the local eateries in the area!
