”I love how they have a free trolly to take you DT. Parking lot was huge for cars. Plenty of food options. Restaurant, bar, breakfast cafe, food shop at the pool. They even have a dog area for your pets. Staff was friendly and overall no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!! ”
”This place is our new go to for Gatlinburg. Very convenient to downtown. Older hotel that has been meticulously renovated. Room was spacious and comfortable with new bed, huge(60") TV, overlooking creek. Balcony had good chairs to spend relaxing evening privately watching the creek. Pool was very nice, clean, and refreshing after a day hiking in the Smokies or walking around Gatlinburg. Breakfast was included.
