”It’s a family friendly hotel. Good location. Mini golf next door is fun. The pools are nice. The room was clean but the shower had a lot of mold. Overall pretty good spot to stay. Breakfast had a few options but basic. The coffee was a 2 out of 5 at best.”

”Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. ”I wanted that hotel because it was walking distance to everything. There was a nice balcony to sit outside. I did not have the breakfast but it was nice that it was included. Very reasonability priced.”

”This is the second year me and my husband have vacationed and stayed at Old Gatlinburg rentals. They are incredible. As far as we're concerned, It's very laid-back and you never see anybody unless you need them. Plus it's a quick and convenient 5-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg! Now, if you are very scared of bears, there is a lot of bears around here but we view that as a plus. This has officially become our home away from home and anytime we stay in Gatlinburg we will be staying here! ♥️”

”Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading.”
