PROVINCIAL TOURIST TAX
Starting from 1 January 2021 our guests are required to pay the PROVINCIAL TOURIST TAX of €2 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
The tax is payable by each person who stays in the accommodation facility for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The tourist tax is not due for the following subjects:
• minors up to the age of 10;
• those who receive therapies in accredited public and private hospitals, affiliated with the national health service located in the provincial territory;
• persons accompanying patients admitted to accredited public and private hospital healthcare facilities, affiliated with the national health service, located in the province, within the limit of one accompanying person per patient;
• civil protection operators and personnel belonging to the police force, the armed forces and the fire brigade if they stay in accommodation facilities for service needs;
• international protection seekers, unaccompanied foreign minors and victims of trafficking temporarily accommodated in accommodation facilities;
• individuals staying in accommodation facilities following measures taken by public authorities to deal with emergency situations resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events.

In order for the exemption to be applied, the subjects indicated above, with the exception of children under the age of 14, must self-certify the existence of the requirements by filling in the appropriate form (provided by the host upon request by the guest).

The tax due will be requested upon check-out and must be paid in cash.

How to enter/exit the apartment:
The check IN and check OUT procedure is done independently by the guest, the key will be available in the special "Security Key Box" located at the entrance for which the opening PIN will be provided before arrival.
