”This cottage was wonderful. Upon arrival everything was perfect. Dayna checked in with us to assure that we had safely arrived. We travel a week each month year around. The cottage was probably the best so far. Nicely decorated for a rustic feel. The cottage has two large app based TV's, one in a windowed sitting area, and one in the bedroom. My wife enjoyed and utilized the washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything needed and was very well apportioned. It is warm in the south in July. The...

”A lovely pet friendly property right on the lake. Really a great find at a great price. Our host was super super helpful and friendly. You have beautiful views of the lake from inside and outside on the deck. This is the time of year for mosquitoes so be sure to bring spray even though the host has some along with various sunscreens. Kitchen has everything you need for any type of food or drink. We were here for 5 days and loved every second of it. What a gem of a cabin. We will be back for...

”Pluses:Our time with gathered family was priceless. The inside of the house was great- just like the pictures. Beds were super comfortable and towels plentiful. Also, we had our choice of tools in the kitchen for cooking. Blackstone grill top was a big plus, as well. Cons:Many rugs and the outdoor porch furnishings were quite stained. We laid towels down on the screened porch sofa to sit. We removed the leaves and sticks on the porches and unfortunately, the promised hammock and dining umbrella...

”Overall, this property is quite nice. There was only a couple of issues that future guests should know. First is the well-reported issue with the passcode for the gate and front door to the cottage. The owner was quick to respond to our messages regarding this matter. After we got that sorted out, there were no further problems with the passcode. Second is the solar-powered gate. Just a reminder that if there is not enough sunshine to fill the solar bank, you will have problems getting the...

”This house is fantastic! My wife and I were attending a ceremony at Fort Benning and needed a place to stay for the night while in Columbus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is charming. It has been totally renovated with attention to all the details. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to hang out at the home. The host was very communicative and flexible throughout. Highly recommend!”
