”10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!”

”We were not given the room we reserved. The room was above the pool and smelled musky. The toilet was clogged in the room upon arrival. We had to unclog ourselves. The bathroom did not close easily due to it getting stuck on the carpet. The bed was not very comfortable at all and sagged in the middle. We will not stay here again”

”If you are on a SUPER tight budget and just needing a place to sleep, this works. It will only work for that reason alone. Be prepared for 0 service at any level. No one is ever at the front desk, you will take your own trash out, you will search high and low for someone to bring you clean towels and toilet paper. The room did smell like it had recently been flooded but cleared out eventually. This is a last resort place.”

”Our family stays at the Kingston Plantation every time we travel to Myrtle Beach. This particular unit we stayed in Royal Palms RM 2006P wasn't equipped like the ones in the past. Not big issues but something you expect to have given you spent a few thousand on a room. No paper towels, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. And the bathroom that my sons used the door knob latch that keeps the door closed and locked was missing. So there was no way of keeping the door shut without putting...

”The room was clean. The pool area needed work; a little dirty. My husband went to the front desk about a filthy outdoor hottub and the gentleman beside us at the pool said he had already told them. We didn’t see it get cleaned while we were at the pool. Lots of leaves, etc in the pools. They left multiple messages for us to come get our free gift and I went 4 times to get it. Whoever I needed to get it from was never there. The 4th time I tried to get the “free gift” the person I was to get...

”Our condo at the Margate was terrible! We we moved to two different rooms and they were both filthy! One room a big urine stain on the comforter. The other bed had blood stains on the mattress cover. The room they moved us to soon as we pulled the covers back we seen a used teeth flosser in the sheets. Tyneshia was very helpful she moved us to the Embassy Suites and made sure we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. I do not recommend staying at the Kingston Plantation condos. They need a...
