It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. ”The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.”

”Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. ”

”Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. ”Stayed a night with our dog. The room was quite nice, carpet was outdated but I guess these are the rooms they reserve for people travelling with pets. Breakfast was ok and free. Very friendly staff!”

”Parking felt safe and well lit but there was a large gap around the frame of the door so we could hear and see everyone that walked by.”

”The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!”

”Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience. ”

”Hotel is pet friendly but it is in run down condition. Checked in desk clerk didn’t say a single word to us. Went to room, bedspread looked like it was from the 80’s with a big cigarette burn on it. The entertainment center was literally falling apart was of bumping it and it falling to pieces breaking the television, microwave, and dorm refrigerator. ”The room wasn’t clean, the sheets were stained up and the mattress cover look like it had been peed on and left. The AC didn’t work at all and was falling apart. They definitely need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. ”
