”Nice place, great outdoor patio with fire pits and indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxing. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff members were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was decent.”

”This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean!”

”Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. ”

It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. ”The room was very clean and the Front Desk Staff very helpful, the kitchen in the room was accommodating even though it was not what we asked for and the location of our room was great.”

”There are plenty of activities. The only downside is the price of the stay and how much the extras cost. We saved some money by bringing snacks, drinks and stuff to make sandwiches for lunch.”

”Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings.”

”The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.”
