”Clean rooms and no odors. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.Love the 11am checkout when most places are set at 10am. We had a cheer competition at the Sevierville Convention Center which was just an 8minute drive. We will stay again! ”

”Booked on a whim for my birthday at the last minute. Loved everything about my stay. Friendly staff, warm and inviting, great indoor pool and hot tub. Room was big and clean. Quiet floor, cute gift shop, loved the firepits outside. The bar area was nice, we had drinks only but the food we saw come out looked good. About a 15 minute walk to the Island which we really enjoyed during this time of year. We will absolutely return.”

”This was our first stay here. Staff greeted us pleasantly and welcoming at checkin. The room was clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and the bed and pillows were comfy. Had a great nights sleep! Breakfast was good and best part is it was included! The ladies at checkout were nice and invited us back. It was refreshing to see staff engaged with their customers. Definitely 10/10! ”

”Check-in was easy and the woman at the front desk very friendly. Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the plugs being on the top of the bedside tables. My only negative experience was the design of the shower. It is designed as a glass half wall with no door which looks cool but any way you stand in it the water splashes off your body and out of the shower on to the floor making it all wet. Not a very practical design. ”
