” This was beautiful. The historic charm was amazing. This will definitely be where we stay during our next visit. The only thing we missed was the Sky Lounge. Loved it!!!”

”Fire alarm went off at midnight. The room door and bathroom door had to be slammed shut to actually stay closed. Beds were extremely hard. Elevators quit working. Ice machines were broken. The late night bracelet was a joke, only 2 things stayed opened. ”

”Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings.”

”We typically stay in cabins when we visit Sevierville/ Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge. We decided to stay in a hotel this time. It wasn't the fanciest hotel but it was relatively clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The people we traveled with left something behind and the cleaning crew was very helpful in locating the lost item. Breakfast was pretty good! ”Breakfast was fresh. The items were changed daily, it was a nice verity. The woman working the 2 days I was there kept the breakfast area clean. I have no complaints.”

”Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. Which I did not like she did not make me comfortable there should have been no outburst from...
