”I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

”my room safe had been locked by the previous customer. It took Security 4 hours to reset for me, keeping me in the room waiting for them. Consider a checklist item for cleaners, etc. to check the safe is open and accessible as part of the post customer cleaning of the room. Insane that a quality hotel like yours does NOT serve breakfast in the restaurant in the morning after a major sporting event in the city and folks staying at the hotel. A bag breakfast doesn't do it!”

”We were greeted quickly and received a very convenient room location suited to our needs. Morning coffee was outstanding and the airport shuttle convenient. A good, restful night’s stay.”

”Hotel near sports arena.”

”I would recommend the staying here. No problems, clean space and comfortable beds.”

”Fire alarm went off 5 times due to a mechanical failure. Then emergency lighting system inside our room continued flashing long after alarms subsided.”

”Extremely convenient to arrive and leave to the airport. Great bed, great restaurant which is open till very late. Philly is just 10-15 mins away!”

”It was good. Please check the washer conditions.”

”Staff were nice and helpful. Wish they have a coffee at lobby. Tissue was not available at room. Other than that it was pleasant stay. 😊”

”Exceptional. Clean room very good customer service. I really enjoy my stay I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you all so much for having us 😊”

”The best hotel stay in a 15 mile radius, hands down. The staff are kind, hotel is clean & smells wonderful (esp the lobby rn, great job) and you can definitely find something decent to eat at the included breakfast. Also there’s a tea/coffee/water bar 24/7, supper convenient. ~25 mins from the city!”

”The Gables was an amazing experience and we will be staying here for all of our trips to UPenn! It was walking distance to campus, Cesar was an amazing host and breakfast both mornings were unique and delicious! Our beautiful room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!”

”It was clean like they said, no TV in bedroom, just living area. No special TV options. If you wanted your car parked in the garage, a 'robot' parks it, not a person. This was not clarified. Got my bill, and the bill had a charge listed three times for parking, for only a one night stay for one car. Very frustrating. The room however was clean, neat, size was ok for a one night stay. It was nice with a small kitchenette to for use. Not sure I will stay there again”

”Charging for parking at a hotel in the suburbs is crazy. Dresser was slanted so the drawers do not stay closed which both my shins have bruises from now.”
