”The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket because I get cold in the air conditioning, and they gave me a clean blanket right away. Also, our air conditioner made a loud clanky noise. Once we told the front desk the maintenance crew came to fix it immediately. The breakfast bar is meh. Nothing terrible, but nothing special. We paid in advance to have "free" breakfast that was the same each of the three days..."Scrambled eggs" sausage and...

The supposed mattress pad did not cover the mattress and was waded up under the sheet. The sheets were not tucked in around the corners. The grab and go continental breakfast was minimal and not good. The lobby was filled with screaming kids playing loudly and running around, no supervision (12-15 years...

”It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :[”

”Wash the carpet smell a little bad”

”Our room was dark, beds were hard, floor was sticky, and towels were disgustingly stained and thin. Breakfast advertised as being available at 8am but was not. Price and location (short walk to the Convention Center) are very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However we will not stay here again.”

”Most of things were ok per price point compare to others, staff was good and polite but room was smelling not fresh upon enter as no ventilation on ground floor units and may be bed had some kind of bugs or something l, had some marks on hand , leg of some bug bite on morning.”
