”Tom, Rhianna, well the entire staff made me feel like I was a part of the family. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was great(definitely some of the best food I’ve had whilst in England) and never took long. If I could pack up the entire hotel and staff and take it wherever I travel I would. That’s how good my stay was. If I’m ever in that area of England I will be staying there! ”
”Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after.

”Hotel was very good, if compared to price/quality. If you don´t come straight from freeway, then the road is very narrow and if any cars come across, then one needs to back off to the spot where is wide eanough for 2 cars :)

”Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. ”

”Staff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning.”
