”I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. Likewise, there was no conspicuous indication that check-in after 10 PM was not permitted. Thus, I arrived to the property to find...
