”the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. ”Arrived at 6:30pm waited in line to check in 1/2 hr. Room was not ready,had to wait for it to be cleaned. I was lucky some people with reservations were turned away because their rooms were in another building and not cleaned. The housekeeping staff walked off the job due to not being paid. No dishes in the kitchen so it was useless.”
