”We had to switched a room (had 2).2xs. 1st one had bugs everywhere stepped on 1 and blood came out!!!!(probably tics) and air conditioning did not function. 2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross”

”The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool was clean and functional and a good feature was that half was under cover and in the shade. Breakfast was disappointing. Decent layout and clean and generous but VERY bland. Also , supplemental cooling units were in the lobby and dining area. Not bad but a abit of a distraction.”

”Our state was good overall. However, it would appear the shower was clogged as the water began to pool while I was talking a bath.”

”The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was filthy. Very disappointed in the price for what we received… A “cold” breakfast that consisted of a danish, apple, yogurt, and instant oatmeal and there was not a coffee maker in the room. I would not stay in this hotel again.”

”We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.”

”I just couldn’t sleep the people above me were walking around all morning from 3:00am to about 5 am waking me up! I asked for a late check out at 11:30 but was told I had to leave at 11!”

”Our group had 3 rooms and the air conditioners in each room were so loud that we had to turn them off to sleep. The hotel was well designed and very clean, and the staff was nice.”

”Safe and convenient place to stay. A few items to note - free internet is only on one device. I needed 2. The carpets could do with a clean. The sink was not draining properly. The water in the shower needed aeration. Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. Don’t understand why they charge $100 in incidentals when there is no way you can spend that on anything. Disappointed that they wanted me to wait 5-10 business days to get a return on my card.
