”Was upgraded to suite room. Huge living room and bedroom. Staff were accommodating. Great location in Upper West Side.”

”Yes, room was very clean;staff were incrediby helpful; the bar can use more wine varieties; breakfast was available - chocolate croissants were always fresh and amazing. I can't wait until the pool is finished. Decor is beautiful and we enjoyed having chats in the various seating areas. A real gem in Harlem surrounded by a variety of wonderful cuisines. ”

”Hieno sijainti, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä aamiainen! Huone siisti joskin hieman meluinen (kadun puoli). Ravintola fantastinen, mutta pöytävaraus tehtävä ajoissa. Sopivan kokoinen. Great hotel, super friendly service! Valet parking, amazing restaurant, clean rooms. Hip bar.”

”De kamer was vies en verouderd. We hebben dit direct gemeld en foto's getoond: ze zouden de kamer grondig komen kuisen maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Kluis was ook kapot, uiteindelijk de dag nadien wel gemaakt. De dagen daarna hebben ze ook niet goed gekuist, chips lag nog op de vloer... Personeel was soms moeilijk te vinden: ontbijt : snel weg naar de keuken, onthaal: fake-vriendelijk of soms zelfs onvriendelijk als ik bijkomende uitleg vroeg. Ze hebben me 4,35 euro gefactureerd bij het uitchecken,...

”Huone oli siisti, mutta koska koko kaupunki oli kylmä, myös huone oli kylmä. Mutta respasta saatiin kannettava patteri huoneeseen ja myös lisäpeittoja tarjottiin. ”

”The food menu was limited, but the food that they had was excellent. Sometimes you just want a sandwich. The room was small compared to other hotels i have visited. I asked if they could make a sandwich one day to room service and they did not go above and beyond.”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”We had big family room for 10 nights which was great. Very comfy bed, lots of channels in tv, kitchen (with microwave, sink, fridge, coffeemaker and toaster). Quier hotel, only 3-4 rooma per floor and bathroom and shower were always free to use. Short walk to two subways and 10 minutes from Times Square. Very nice people working here. Weekends there came noices from the street but I slept with ear plugs good. Our child didnt wake up ever during the nights to noices. In our room during nights...

”AWFUL. Pics out of date. Property NOT as described. Dirty and disheveled. Did not receive room I paid extra for. No water in. “Hot tub”. Hosts entered my locked room when I was gone and moved my belongings to a room without a lock. Then accused me of stealing their key when I left it in the lockbox I originally took it from upon arrival. ”
