”Should have said online the hot tub was not working, carpet was nasty dirty, doors are not solid so you can hear everything from your neighbours, for the price it was expensive. Lots of water stains on door in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again .”

”Room was clean. Pool floor needed to be cleaned, hottub was perfect temperature. Breakfast had good variety, and offered some gluten free choices.”

”I only stayed one night but the place was conveniently located and staff was nice. Breakwas is typical but the fact that it was available was bonus. I liked the river walk as well.”

”Breakfast was very basic so next time would probably just skip that and go to a restaurant instead. Skip the parking charge and just park on the street for free on weekends. The lobby and restaurant are charming for their heritage and the bed in the room was comfortable so we had a good sleep. The location is great for walking around downtown and to Riverside Park. Not sure I’d stay here again though. ”

”What can I say other than this is a truly terrible hotel. Honestly, the word 'hotel' is being generous, it's more like a glorified hostel. The wing my room was in is ancient and separated from the rest of the hotel so you have to walk outside to get there. The room itself was terrible: no nightstands, no phone, and nothing but fluorescent cold-white lights that give you an instant headache. The walls were beat to hell, the TV didn't work, and you could hear everything happening in the hallway. I...

”This hotel is located right on the heart of crackville. The minute we pulled into a parking spot we were approached by two homeless people and there were more hanging around all overthr area. Find a better hotel.”

”Great room for the price, especially considering there’s breakfast. Walk up only, no elevator. Staff were great though and gave me a safe space to store my bike. ”
