”This property is not maintained well at all. The bathtub is missing a hand rail. It’s gone with two large holes left behind. There’s mold on the bathroom floor in the corner. There’s a bottle of shampoo in the shower that is totally empty. We asked for another bottle and they couldn’t find one - didn’t even know where to look. The hot tub had a gross film on the surface and the jets didn’t work properly. The breakfast was quite good and the girl who managed the breakfast was a hard worker...

”Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had.”
