”The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”

”My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. There was also a constant burning smell every time we stepped into the elevator, which felt unsafe and...

”We are not ones to complain but we were very disappointed with our room considering it had been given a high rating. Our room smelled of dog, our microwave didn’t work, the plug by the bed didn’t work and the shower curtain was covered in mold across the entire bottom. Minimum options for breakfast. The girl at the desk was pleasant We would not go back to this hotel”

”It was an okay stayed, kinda wish the rooms had a microwave. Also, there is no water fountain and we didn’t see a water station or anything, they do have a bag with two bottles of water at the reception desk which is fine but when I went to ask for some the male receptionist that was there was kinda rude because he only gave me one bag and mind you there is four of us in the room, when I ask for one more bag he then replied in a rude way you only get one more and after you’ll have to buy them....
