”Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up. This resulted in a near catestrophic panic-attack when I discovered (at the airport at 6am) I didn't have them with me. Fortunately...
