”The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber.”

”Angel at the Cortes restaurant was super nice he went the extra mile for us, very knowledgeable about how to treat people, the only reason I didn’t gave 5 to the resort is because the reception was very disorganized and people were waiting in line not knowing where to go.also the food at the food court some of them were cold and coffee was not good for my experience..”

”The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.”

”Me gustó mucho la motoneta habitación en la torre 4 , pero después decidimos quedarnos otro día y nos cambiaron a la torre zafiro, y la verdad en esa habitación era muy pequeña y no me gustó”

”La comida es buena, el lugar está ya algo viejo y le falta mantenimiento la espera es muy larga para hacer el chek in los elevadores nos servían teníamos que usar el elevador de carga”
