”Room was showing signs of being worn down. Carpet had rips in it and the bathroom had mold around the ceiling. The air conditioning worked fine and the parking was okay. The sink has many deep cracks in it . The bathroom vanity and door were in terrible shape.On the positive note the man at the reception desk was very nice.”

Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
