”I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn and had a good overall experience. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located, and offered good value for the price. I would stay there again and recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.”

”The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on....”

”The outside is dilapidated and filthy. I am a single female, and the room was for myself for 2 nights. I went inside to check in. There was no AC at all in the lobby. The carpets smelled of mold and mildew and were coming off the floor. The man at the front desk was very rude to the older couple checking in. When it was my turn, he was bothered by my check-in. I got my room key. We went to the room. As we walked through the hallways, the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke was overwhelming....

”Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

”I had a lovely stay as always. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is pleasant. My only complaint is that at breakfast I saw someone touch several bagels with her bare hands then put them back 😭”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
