”We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good. Sadly we have to cross this off our shortlist.”

”The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…....

”I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn.”

”Person checking us in was difficult to understand. Difficult to get the card to open door. Carpet in room badly needed cleaning, many stains. Bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper empty, with the cardboard still on the dispenser, no roll to replace it, and second roll nearly gone.”

”It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk.”

”We've stayed here several times. Good value for the money. The room was reserved using Expedia. The only concern was a very delayed and frustrating check in process.”

”We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. The only positive thing about this place was the front desk attendant (this review platform will not allow me to add her name). She was friendly and courteous and she did an excellent job in...

”The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,...

”GREAT location and I loved nearly everything about this place. Wish it weren't so expensive.”

”Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...
