”The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.”

”The hotel is centrally located, some 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Our room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very spacious as well. Great bed. Actually the only thing that was not on good level was the breakfast. The tables are very small (airplanish feeling when eating) and there were no vegetables even though the selection of other foods was fairly good.”

”My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle...
