With a ceiling reminiscent of an ancient tavern, every corner of the house has a story to tell, a few steps from the civic tower and next to the parish church, Casa Bramare is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the authentic and relaxed life of a medieval village, surrounded by historic walls and unique views.

Parking and convenience: The house is located in a privileged position to explore the village and its wonders on foot. Although it does not have a private parking space, the area is surrounded by ample safe and free parking spaces, ensuring maximum peace of mind during your stay.
Outdoors: A small terrace on the upper floor and a small courtyard in front of the entrance are ready to welcome you for brief moments of relaxation in the open air.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that rises on two levels in the historic centre and is completely at your disposal.
The structure does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous free parking spaces very nearby.

Casa Bramare is located in the heart of the historic centre of Rocca San Giovanni, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a charming place where history, culture and traditions meet. The apartment is located near the characteristic bell tower, a symbol of the village, and a few steps from two welcoming bars where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. Not far away, you will also find one of the most renowned pizzerias in the area, famous for its excellent local cuisine.
During the summer season, the village comes to life thanks to the citizens and tourists who visit this evocative place, participating in cultural events and enjoying the unique atmosphere that only a historic village can offer. Casa Bramare does not have a private parking space, but numerous free municipal parking spaces are available nearby, easily accessible and convenient.
Rocca San Giovanni is easily accessible by car. From the A14 motorway, take the "Lanciano" exit and follow the signs for Rocca San Giovanni, about 10 km away. The road is well signposted and will lead you directly to the historic centre.
By train:
The nearest railway station is Fossacesia-Torino di Sangro, located about 8 km from the village. From the station, you can take a taxi or a local bus that will take you to Rocca San Giovanni.
