Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire 250 sqm house with 3 terraces, 2 of them overlooking the Peligna valley. I Terrazzi is in the heart of the Medieval village just below the castle and is designed to allow you to live as a local. There are bars and a restaurant within walking distance and supermarkets, bars and 3 further restaurants a short 5 minute drive away. Abruzzo has everything to make your holiday a memorable experience, you can walk in the mountains after breakfast, have lunch in Sulmona on market day and relax on the sandy beach at Pescara (40 min drive) in the afternoon, what could be better!
There are dozens of Castles, Roman antiquties and 5 National Parks in Abruzzo named "the lung of Italy" because of the massive expanse of untouched flora and fauna.
In winter there is skiing at the popular resort of Roccaraso (40 mins) by car.


As a spacious self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and free internet access.
There is partial air conditioning on each floor (one wall mounted unit per floor) and a mobile air-con unit plus 2 wood burners, one on the lower floor and one on the middle floor.
the higher terrace is at 1800ft and has spectacular views also there is a BBQ for your enjoyment.
you enter the house by the main entrance on the middle floor where the lounge, kitchen and dining area are located. also on this floor there is a bathroom & bedroom. The main staircase leads to the top floor with 2 Bedrooms, bathroom, roof terrace.
from the utility room on the middle floor you take the stairs to the lower floor with a bedroom, bathroom, 2 large rooms and a terrace. The lower floor has independent access.
Car Parking - unloading can be done 25 metres from the house and parking is in the local car park 150 metres down a steep road (there is an overflow car park a further 100 m away.


This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a superking bed.
In the third bedroom, there is a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a kingsize bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and an over bath shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are parking facilities available near to the property. it is not possible to drive to the property. You can get to within 30 metres for unloading.
- Pets are allowed at the property with consultation with the owner.
There is an English speaking local who will meet and greet and be on hand for any issues.
