This welcoming space opens directly onto a veranda of approximately 40 square meters, which is equipped with a dining table, a gazebo with a swing, and offers a peaceful setting to enjoy the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. 1 of the 3 bedrooms is situated on the ground floor within a stone building located approximately 5 meters from the main house. This room contains 2 comfortable beds and features a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the garden. An additional shower and WC are also found on the ground floor, accessible via the veranda.
