”The problem wasn't with the property. The problem was Expedia LYING about the amenities. The Expedia description of amenities states
"Free area shuttle up to 1 mile"

The property had none of those. There was a shuttle to Mayo Clinic (0.5 mile) on weekdays. NO bar, no lounge, no snack bar, no deli. My wife was going to Mayo Clinic because she could not get around easily. We chose this property because of those amenities. Also, I called Expedia and talked to an AI...

”Rough on them edges place. I had asked for a rolling shower as I cannot stand and they said oh we don’t have any more rooms like that. I was not very happy till I asked for a shower chair so I could at least sit in the tub. he reluctantly went and looked for it, and brought it to us, and halfway up the elevator, we noticed it was dirty on the back, and it was rather kind of gross. So needless to say I did not use it. I also let the front desk manager know that none of his hand sanitizer...
