This two-bedroom home features single level living with two power recliners in the living room. The beds have memory foam mattresses and high-quality linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with BPA free cookware. Hardwood and tile floors throughout keep allergies to a minimum. Come relax in this home that is walking distance to downtown and the Mayo Clinic. Park your car in the garage, you won't need it.

Although this is a two-story home. Only the main level is furnished. You will have the entire house to yourself. No one else lives on the property.


THE SPACE
This house is perfect for anyone visiting Rochester for business purposes or guests with family members receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic. Guests must climb four steps to get into the house. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Once inside everything is located on one level except the laundry is downstairs. Only the main level is furnished.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire property. No one else lives on the property. Although this is a two-story home. Only the main level is furnished.


CHECK IN
The entrance to the home has a keypad. The entry code (4-digits) will be provided on the day of your arrival. The keypad is located on the door on the SIDE of the house next to the alley.

For guests arriving late, the keypad is lighted, and an exterior light will turn on as you approach the door.

Please refer to the Welcome Letter. It contains important information including the WIFI password, location of the thermostat, and other instructions like when to take out the garbage bins.


PARKING
Parking is FREE. If you have a vehicle, ONLY park on the black top or in the garage (opener is inside on the counter). Do not block the alley. Do not park on the street.


NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The neighborhood is bustling during the day with professionals making their way to work. Things quiet down after 6:00pm and the neighborhood is peaceful.


GETTING AROUND
This home is within walking distance to downtown and Mayo Clinic. A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired. Rochester has a variety of ride share options including UBER and Lyft.

Most major stores have two locations. It is likely you will find whatever you need in a 10-mile radius.


RULES
• Treat this home as you would your own.
• Maximum 3 guests only.
• Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests.
• $100 minimum charge to mail any forgotten items.


PETS
Pets are not allowed unless you inform us in advance that:

1. The pet is a service animal required because of disability.
2. Describe the work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

You are not asked to explain the disability. We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest(s) remains liable for any damage caused by people or the animal.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animals work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must always be under control of the handler and never left alone at any time.

If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities, and evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.


CHECK OUT
Please do the following before checking out.

• Log out of any online accounts.
• Return the garage door opener.
• Do the dishes.
• Set the thermostat to 72°.
• We will take care of everything else.
