”Well there was a mirror on the ceiling and a pole in the corner. Not something that my daughter should be sleeping in but we needed a room. No phone and no remote for the TV. Loud music in rooms up till 4am and people fighting and cussing and someone knocked on my door at midnight. I did not feel safe there. Basically stayed up most of the night. The parking lot was messy and just didn't look well operated. And they didn't get my reservations and had to pay again. Highly would not recommend this...

”Excellent location, easily reachable from the airport with tram. Great views from 49th and 50th floor. We stayed here twice, both apartments were big, clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!”

A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer.
