”AC was inadequate, limited control, wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, didn’t cool room well enough. Bed too soft, had a topper. A fan in the bedroom might have helped.”

Out of desperation, I went to the Days Inn, which adjoined the Travelodge, to find out where to go to register. At the Days Inn, I saw a sign over the registration desk: Register here for Days Inn and Travelodge. It would have been nice to have had a sign on the door of the old Travelodge office with directions to register at the Days Inn. It would have made check-in much faster...

”We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

”The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice.”
