”We were very impressed by the entire place. The rooms and hotel felt very private despite being in DC. The staff were extremely helpful, the parking deck was easy to maneuver and use, and the room itself was extremely comfortable. At check-in, we were also given “coupons” that gave us free snacks and drinks in early evening and they had a small but good complimentary breakfast.”

”They need to get the elevator fixed. One has been out of service for a long time causing many delays.
Also I got a handicapped room for some reason.
I did not request one. Shower was difficult to use and bathroom set up was not arranged conveniently. I was told it’s what was indicated on my reservation. Don’t know how that got there.”

”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”The experience was overall average. The room was generally clean and the location was convenient, but there were a few issues that stood out. The ironing board in my room was broken, and I left a note for the cleaning staff to make them aware of it.
The front desk staff were polite enough, but they did not seem especially well trained and appeared to have limited resources available to help guests efficiently. Nothing during the stay was terrible, but nothing really stood out as exceptional...

”The first room we got checked into smelled like vomit, straight up. We could pinpoint it was coming from a side table. We contacted the front desk and they put us in another room right away.
The furniture in the rooms is super pleasant and modern which is a nice contrast against the old building. The bar is awesome! ”
