    5 acres of unobstructed Chesapeake Bay views and complete privacy. Surrounded by farmland but only 2 miles from restaurants & shops.
    9 bedrooms including 5 bedrooms on the ground level.
    Launch provided kayaks easily into the Chesapeake Bay.
    Ride bikes and jog on the serene country roads.
    Sports room, with two 65” TVs, a poker table, pool table, and foosball table.
    Outdoor fire pit, 2 gas fireplaces, 3 wood-burning fireplaces.
    3 kitchens, 2 living rooms - plenty of room for the whole family!
    Dining room that seats 20 guests.
    Enormous living room complete with an 80-inch TV, breathtaking sunset views of the Chesapeake Bay and Bay Bridge, and two-story glass windows.
    Very family-friendly, with many kid-friendly amenities provided, many books and games provided.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It was the PERFECT back drop for our October wedding. The weather was perfect and the indoor outdoor feel was so luxurious. We could not be more grateful for the excellent bedrooms for our guests to stay in. The amenities were very much appreciated. Plenty of towels, pool toys, basically anything you could think to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. We took the kayaks out many times. We sat in the pool and hot tub to watch the breath taking sunset. Our vendors were able to work at this venue perfectly to set up our ideal wedding. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Beautiful bay front property

Wonderful stay for 75th and 50th birthday celebrations.Everyone from age 4 to 75 had a terrific time. So much to do we did not leave the property. View of the Chesapeake Bay is amazing - from sunrise to gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication from host with instructions and area suggestions. 5 Star

A great place to gather with family and friends

The space was perfect for our large group of 22. We actually overpacked b/c there were so many things available for our use: coffee, condiments, spices, etc. We had a really great time and would love to return for a longer stay.

Amazing property with stunning views!

The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property!

This property and house are amazing! Ashleigh, the property manager, was easy to connect with and accommodating. I love the little touches she has throughout the house to elevate the experience and make the stay more comfortable. Loved having the pool and the sunsets are spectacular. Beautiful property

Beautiful property on the water with rocky beach. Ashleigh is a great host always available. Comman areas large, well situated and equipped with games. Pool great for kids. Kitchen areas large and well furnished. Bedrooms comfortable though a couple are awkwardly placed. Only one bathroom is ensuite.

This is simply a beautiful property. With gorgeous sunset views and a massive amount of space, we really enjoyed our time here. Without question it was the best equipped rental we've ever stayed at - everything you could possibly imagine from the kitchen to the game room was at our disposal. Couldn’t have chosen a better place!

I truly couldn’t have chosen a better rental. The photos don’t do the property justice. Enjoying the view from the pool or hot tub was very relaxing, and although the home couldn’t be more breath taking, it was second to the great customer service we received by the owners. You can tell that they truly care, which can absolutely make or break a vacation. Not only do I highly recommend, I plan on returning again soon!

A Love / brused relationship

While we had a fabulous time and all the 20 to 30 year olds were ecstatic about the pool; dock; fishing, fire pit; area for games, the property does need some repairs.broken up concrete; warped window in the living room allows insects in; no safety bars in bathrooms, especially the main suite. terrible access for elderly and handycapped. Put some of the profits back into the property.

Quick getaway

The house was interesting, it had some beautiful aspects and some strange needed updates. The owner/managers were very responsive to getting things fixed while we were there. Unfortunately, it’s late fall and most things in the town were closed so we ate in every night and cooked. House was well stocked with everything you could need.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property is just stunning. We went in February, and i can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. The host had great communication. My family of 20 takes a trip every year. This is the best stocked house we have ever been to. The 3 kitchen spaces with a huge selection of pots and pans made meal prep a dream. The coffe station with sugar and creamers and Keurig pods was awesome. I cant say enough about this place. The layout is a little weird, one of the bedrooms is only accessable from the outside. Aside from that, it was perfection!

Gorgeous house for a girls weekend on the bay

I organized a large (15 person) bachelorette weekend at this property in early April. It is an absolutely gorgeous house and the host had a number of thoughtful touches - like extra firewood for the firepit, coffee supplies, and a bottle of bubbly for our bride! The beds were comfortable (even the twins!), which was lucky because one bedroom on the breakdown was not really usable, so a handful of guests relocated to one of the 'kid rooms.' We found Ashleigh very responsive both before and during our stay, and so appreciated her quick and thoughtful replies.

AMAZING SPACE WITH AMAZING VIEWS

We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked it. Super spacious with amazing views. We had about 20 people and everyone enjoyed the house. There was a lot of different things for everyone to do. Since we rented in winter Pool was closed and Hot tub ran into some issue but the property manager was super communicative during this time. They also provided some refund due to hot tub situation. Really great space to get together with some family and friends to spend time. We enjoyed it and we cannot wait to rebook it this summer.

Family Reunion/ 80th Birthday Celebration

The views are the icing on the cake of this architectural beauty. We arrived after a snow and it was amazing. The house is completely private, surrounded by water and cornfields - so serene and peaceful. The house easily accommodated our entire family (18) with a couple extra beds. The dining room has a double story glass curtain wall that seated the entire group while feeling spacious. Natural light shines throughout the house and sets the stage for awesome sunrises and sunsets. The owner was accomodating and rapid at answering any questions that would arise. The drawers and cabinets were fully stocked and there was even a bonus room with kids toys. The perfect place to have a perfect vacation.

Beauty on the Bay

My family of eight adults and eight children (age 2½ to 12) had a wonderful time for five days and nights in this high-end property right on the Chesapeake Bay. The views were incredible. We loved the flow among the high-ceiling living room, comfortable dining area and expansive kitchen. The pool was great, and it got a lot of use by adults and children alike. When they weren’t in the water, the kids played in the huge yard. This property is ideal for families with young children. Our first and second nights saw huge thunderstorms roll in off the Bay. Water came at the house sideways. There were a couple of minor leaks but no breakage. We had a small challenge with the pool cover and a freezer shelf, but the owner’s response was fabulously quick, and everything was rectified promptly. It was a pleasure to be there, and we recommend this property highly to anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful modern house on the Chesapeake Bay.

Beautiful Bay Break !!!

What a beautiful place!!! When you walk into the house you are hit with incredible views of the bay!!! Every room has a view of the bay. Each room is beautifully decorated and the navy blue and white colors throughout give the place a feel of tranquility. There is a playroom with adorable wallpaper , 8 bedrooms that each have their own unique personality and an unbelievable kitchen in the large house, besides two other kitchens. We loved the game room and the glass passageway, which is a great place to relax and watch the boats in the bay. Every room in this house is beautifully decorated and is complete with every detail imaginable !!! The pool is beautiful and we loved the hot tub that is sunken next to it!!! The umbrellas and tables adorned the outside around the pool. There were bikes, kayaks, pool items , and a fire pit that were available which added to a fabulous stay here!!! Ashleigh is a great host and always was a available to answer any of our questions!!! If you happen to leave this incredible resort, a cute town is very close by!!! We will definitely rent here again!!!!
