This home & studio are all on the same property and are perfect for groups/families/remote workers of up to 12 people.

The Main Home's Bottom Unit boasts an opulent and elegant fully stocked kitchen that is magazine worthy. From the Farrow and Ball painted cabinets with heavy gold handles, Jade Stone walls sourced from Utah, porcelain farmhouse sink and brand new black stainless steel appliances nestled between granite countertops, just being in this kitchen will make you feel happy!

After trying your hand at a new recipe from one of the 5 hand-picked cookbooks, enjoy your meal with everyone around the large dining table. Once dinner is finished, snuggle up on the cushy leather sofa and catch up on your favorite shows/movies on the 55" Samsung Smart TV or play a game of Tic-Tac-Toe!

Everyone will have an amazing nights sleep as all of the bedrooms have King-Sized beds with multiple pillows and extra blankets for your individualized comfort, remote controlled fans/lights, Dohm Classic White Noise Machines and blackout curtains. Additionally, each bedroom has a 55" Samsung Smart TV, ample closet space and large mirrors for getting ready. The Sunroom in the bottom floor unit has Daybed with Twin XL on top and a trundle Twin pullout underneath.

The Main Home's Bottom Floor Unit has 2 generous en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The first provides an immense walk-in shower with floor to ceiling Italian porcelain walls, oversized rainfall shower head and hand shower, expansive window insert capturing all the beautiful natural light, and a large vanity with multiple drawers. The second bathroom's shower/tub combo also includes an oversized rainfall shower head and hand shower, gorgeous porcelain floor tile, 60 inch double vanity and tying it all together is the wood beaded chandelier that brings a warmth and simplicity to the room.

Moving to the Top Floor Unit you will step into the most unique and stylish space with it's fresh and bright design. The aesthetically beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with it's peacock colored picket tile and bright green SMEG Retro fridge provides a warmth and cheerful atmosphere to the whole group! Snuggle up on the chaise lounge sofa complete with comfy accent pillows to catch up on your favorite shows/movies on the 55" Samsung Smart TV. The Top Floor Unit's full bathroom displays a modern clean vibe and offers a shower/tub combination, large mirror with storage, a multiple drawer vanity for all your toiletries and lots of natural light!

For those who want a cozy little spot to getaway and chill but still be with your group, the independent studio unit behind the main home is perfect! Experience Rock Hill's happiest rental with everything you need right at your fingertips. The king bed, full bathroom with it's cheerful vibe offers an extra large shower, full length mirror and a vanity for all your toiletries while the sunny kitchen is fully stocked as well.

We have you remote workers covered with all 3 units providing 47" L-shaped desks, 27" computer monitors & customizable lamps. Focus on work while not having to miss any of the fun times with your family & friends. There are also 3 full-sized washer/dryers located in each of the units with detergent provided.

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $300 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

Per city and insurance guidelines, we are required to request the full names and rough ages of all the guests staying at the property. Please be prepared to send that information over when booking.
