With room for up to eight guests, multiple living spaces, a cozy wood stove, and easy access to the lagoon and beach, it’s a comfortable home base for families, couples, and friends exploring the Oregon Coast.

Expansive windows bring the scenery indoors, while the home’s tri-level layout gives everyone space to gather or relax on their own. Spend the evening beside the wood stove, play games together, or simply settle in and watch the weather roll across the bay.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for leisurely breakfasts, fresh seafood dinners, and meals at home. We also provide cooking basics, including salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. The adjoining dining area is perfect for family meals, game nights, or enjoying the view over a glass of wine.

The home includes three bedrooms, an additional queen sleeping area, and two full bathrooms. The private lower level has its own exterior entrance and includes additional sleeping and living space, making it especially well suited to couples, older children, teens, or guests who appreciate extra privacy.

Outside, the spacious deck is made for enjoying the coast. Sip your morning coffee while watching boats travel toward Barview Jetty, grill dinner on the BBQ, dine outdoors, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Pacific.

The protected swimming lagoon and beach area are only a few minutes away on foot. Barview Jetty County Park and its broad beach are approximately a 15-minute walk from the house. Walking access is free; guests who drive into the county park will need to pay the posted day-use fee.

Spend your days fishing, crabbing, clamming, kayaking, paddleboarding, beachcombing, or watching coastal wildlife. Explore seven miles of sandy shoreline in Rockaway Beach, ride the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, visit Garibaldi Marina, enjoy fresh local seafood, or make the short drive to the Tillamook Creamery.
